Partners
The success of the FIND-STEM project is built on strong collaboration between three committed organizations from Greece, Romania, and Portugal. Each partner contributes distinct expertise in school education, teacher training, curriculum design, and digital innovation, working together to reimagine how STEM can be taught and experienced in inclusive and creative ways.
From developing a comprehensive CPD curriculum to creating engaging digital resources such as WebQuests and Breakouts, the partnership combines pedagogical knowledge, technological skills, and community engagement.
Together, we form a transnational team dedicated to empowering teachers, inspiring pupils, and shaping a more inclusive and innovative future for STEM education across Europe.
1st Primary School of Rafina, EL
1st Primary School of Rafina has an over 80 years history, being placed in the center of the city of Rafina. It is a community – oriented institution, strongly cooperating with local stakeholders to expand learning opportunities and foster 21st century
skills in pupils. Educational innovation is school’s key characteristic. Over the years it consistently initiates cutting-edge, project – based educational programmes, in the fields of culture, environment, science & Information Communication Technologies. The school has also a strong participation in European programmes such as the e-twinning labelled programmes. Since 2013-14 school is a member of the Eco – Schools Network and in 2017 it was awarded with the Eco- Schools Green Flag. During school year 2014-15 school joined Open Discovery Space, a socially-powered open learning infrastructure which aims at boosting the adoption of eLearning resources.
Asociația Centru pentru Inovare și Performanță, RO
Founded in 2023, CIPerform is a vibrant and cutting-edge educational center that unites enthusiastic professionals in organizational development, education and training. With a strong emphasis on training educators, pedagogical innovation and lifelong learning, CIP is committed to supporting innovation in education and social inclusion in order to improve the future of Romanian and European societies. With experience in EU-funded projects, it provides tools and programs for the upcoming generation of professsionals to tackle the changing demands of contemporary world by managing digital platforms, developing educational curricula aimed at improving employability, soft skills and digital competencies.

The E.C.S.H School of Social and Human Sciences promotes excellence in teaching, innovative research, and cultural diversity. E.C.S.H offers several courses: Child Development; Adolescent Psychology; Lifelong Human Development, Social Entrepreneurship Courses (Creating and managing social projects and NGOs), Mediation and Conflict Resolution Courses (Developing mediation skills for various conflicts), Ethics and social responsibility courses (professional and social ethics)
E.C.S.H. hosts workshops and seminars on human rights, social justice, and other topics. E.C.S.H encourages internships and real-world experience to apply knowledge. The courses encourage intellectual curiosity and equip pupils for real-world challenges.
